kiutras mission is to enable the second quantum revolution with easy-to-use and sustainable cryogenics.

kiutra develops cryostats using closed-cycle cryocoolers and Adiabatic Demagnetization Refrigeration (ADR) for temperatures down to 100 mK. 

Their devices, which do not use cryogens, are designed to be modular, robust, and user-friendly, supporting a range of customization options for specific research requirements.

How Quanscient Allsolve helped kiutra

Initially, their development process revolved around experimental values and simple calculations, often leading to non-ideal results or even bad performance during prototype testing.

As a remedy, they tried introducing a desktop-based simulation tool, but were again slowed down by a hard-to-use GUI and a rigid licensing model inhibiting the collaboration between the team, impacting project timelines and prototype quality.
