Worked example — PMUT generative design

MultiphysicsAI trained a surrogate model on 10,000 cloud simulations to map the sensitivity–bandwidth trade-off, then found a design lifting fractional bandwidth from 65% to about 100% at 12 MHz.

Worked example — PMUT yield prediction

A Monte Carlo sweep of 1,000 fabrication variations ran in 15 minutes on the cloud, versus about 66 hours sequentially, predicting 71.9% manufacturing yield and pinpointing oxide-layer thickness as the main driver.
