Raffle Rules & Information

To ensure transparency and fairness, we've outlined the key details below:

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and have experience in engineering or scientific fields that involve the use of simulations.

How to enter: Complete our survey and opt-in to the raffle by providing your email address in the designated field. Participation in the raffle is entirely optional.

Prize: One winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize of their choice (up to 500 USD value) from the following options:

  • Apple iPad 10.9" 64GB WiFi
  • Meta Quest 3S
  • 500 EUR Holiday Gift Card (for use on Hotels.com or Booking.com)

Prize fulfillment: The winner will be contacted via email to provide their preferred prize and shipping address. Prizes will be ordered directly from the respective vendor (Apple, Meta, or Amazon) and shipped to the winner's address.

Winner selection: The winner will be selected using the raffle draw software RandomPicker. The draw will take place within March, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email.

Announcing the winner: The winner's first name and last initial, along with their chosen prize, will be announced on our LinkedIn page after the raffle, within March, 2025.

Tax implications: Please be aware that the winner may be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize. Consult with a tax professional for specific guidance.
